Let’s first address the stigma… “Sex should be spontaneous and just happen!”
There’s no doubt that sexual spontaneity is a fiery part of intimacy with your partner, but be honest with yourself… it doesn’t always work that way. Sometimes one partner may not be in the mood, maybe your partner doesn’t feel prepared, or other external factors are keeping you and your partner from that special moment. Life happens. Especially with busy couples (yes, I’m talking about work, kids, and just the craziness of life!).
